All Reynamaldita items are handmade.

Please refer to our size guide or submit your measurements at checkout under the notes section to ensure the perfect fit.

 

Important: Our products consist of body jewellery, lingerie, and swimwear.  For hygiene reasons, lingerie and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.

​Custom-made designs are also non-returnable unless faulty.

​

 

RETURNS TIMELINE

 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

  • RETURN CONDITIONS

 

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange (if applicable) items must be:

 

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Free from stains, makeup, or odours

  • In original packaging 

  • Undamaged and complete

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

 

 

  • Exchanges are issued as store credit ( e gift card ) for the same value.

  • Store credit are valid for 12 months.

 

​

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

 

  • Faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos included.

  • Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Once inspected, we will offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should retain proof of postage.

  • Reynamaldita is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes or fees.

  • ​Important: By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping details are correct and that you accept full responsibility for custom clearance, delivery acceptance, and any  associated charges.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

 

  • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase 

  • After this time, production may have begun and cancellation is no longer possible.
