RETURNS/EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Reyna Maldita products are ALL hand made by the order.
We encourage customers to read the size guide before purchasing or alternatively leave your measurements at checkout for the perfect fit.
If there is an issue with your item please email us within 48 hours of the delivery date.
We can offer exchanges/store credits for items that is incorrect in size or if you are not satisfied with your item.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON LINGERIE OR SWIMWEAR FOR HYGIENE PURPOSES IF IT HAS BEEN WORN.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE DESIGNS UNLESS THERE IS A FAULT.
All exchange requests are processed subject to stock.
All returns to qualify for an exchange/store credit MUST meet our RETURNS POLICY.

We cannot exchange your item if the following occurs;

Items have been worn and are not in their saleable original condition

The item has been damaged in any way

Make up or any other stains on item

Missing parts on item

Items has been washed
-
Distinctive odour
-
Lingerie and swimwear items unless there is a manufacturers fault.
In the event of any exchange and faulty items in needing repair or replacement , we can reimburse the shipping cost that you originally paid at a standard shipping rate.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/store credit if goods are not returned back to us in a resell-able condition within 14 days from the delivery date.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/store credit if items are not sent back in their original condition or if there has been signs of wear or is damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse returns which fail to comply with our returns policy and therefore send the items back to you in the same condition we received them in.
Your item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please keep your proof of postage.
Returns are at the customers cost.

FAULTY ITEMS
All our items are inspected before shipping to make sure they pass quality check.
In the unlikely event that you received a faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item with a photo enclosed.
Defective items must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery date for a replacement/store credit./refund.
We can offer a full refund, exchange or offer to fix the fault.
Please note, all deemed to be faulty items will be inspected.
Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty and will be sent back to you and we have the right to refuse the return.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are in the form of E gift cards/store credit
We will email over a gift card with the same value as your exchange.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items has the same returns policy as full price items .
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We do not offer cancellations for orders that has been placed after 24 hours.
If you wish to cancel an order you recently made, please notify us asap within 4 hour before materials are ordered.
MADE TO ORDERS/CUSTOM MADE PIECES
CUSTOM MADE DESIGNS ARE NON RETURNABLE UNLESS FAULTY.
Please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks ( excluding weekends and holidays ) for custom made orders plus shipping.
More complex designs can take longer.
Each custom made order will be given a time frame when you submit your request.
