  • HANDMADE AND MADE TO ORDER

All Reynamaldita items are handmade per order. Please consult our size guide or submit your measurements at checkout to ensure the perfect fit.

 

Important: Our products consist of body jewelry, lingerie, and swimwear. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on worn items unless there is a manufacturer fault. Custom-made designs are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • RETURNS TIMELINE

 

  • UK: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • International (including Ireland): Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.

  • Returns outside these windows will not be accepted.

  • RETURN CONDITIONS

 

 

To qualify for a return or exchange (if eligible), items must be:

 

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original, saleable condition

  • Free from stains, makeup, or odors

  • Original packaging intact

  • Undamaged and complete

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

  • EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

 

 

  • Exchanges are provided as e-gift cards or store credit for the same value.

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • FAULTY ITEMS

 

 

  • Report any faults within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo included.

  • Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after inspection.

  • Items damaged by misuse or fair wear and tear are not considered faulty.

  • SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; please keep proof of postage.

  • Reynamaldita is not responsible for customs, import duties, or taxes applied by your country.

  • ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

 

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placement, before materials are ordered.

  • RETURNS PROCESS

 

 

  1. Download and fill out the Reynamaldita Returns Form for your country (UK or International). 

  2. Include the completed form with your returned items.

  3. Repackage items securely; use a weatherproof package if the original is damaged.

  4. Ship your return within the specified timeframe. Keep proof of postage.

  5. Once received and inspected, refunds or store credit will be processed within 14–21 days.
