WORLDWIDE EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express international and European orders are shipped with full tracking and delivery notifications via courier (e.g. DPD / DHL).
You will receive an estimated delivery date once your order is dispatched.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariff charges required by their country.

These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid directly to your courier.

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid charges, we are unable to refund or reship the order.

If the parcel is refused, abandoned, or not accepted due to customs charges, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment.

We are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage during the return process.

Orders refused at customs are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or further reshipment.

PRODUCTION TIME

All Reynamaldita items are handmade to order.
Production takes 10–12 business days, plus handling and shipping time.
(Excludes weekends and public holidays)

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

If a parcel is not collected or delivery is missed, the customer must contact the courier directly.

If the item is returned to us, we can arrange re-delivery at the customer’s expense.

We allow a maximum of one reshipment per order.

We do not offer multiple shipments or rerouting to alternative address after dispatch.

DELAYS

Delays may occur due to couriers or customs.
We do not offer refunds for orders already dispatched due to delays.

Under UK regulations, refunds for delayed deliveries apply only if the parcel has not arrived 30 days after dispatch.

LOST PARCELS

Parcels are considered lost after 30 days from dispatch.
At this point, we can begin a claim and issue a full refund.

Reynamaldita is not responsible for parcels delayed by couriers, customs, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are refunded at the standard rate only.

This does not apply to parcels refused at delivery or customs, or where the return process is initiated by the customer.

In such cases, Reyna Maldita is not responsible for loss during return transit and no claim, refund, or replacement will be issued.
