WORLDWIDE EXPRESS DELIVERY ( 2 -3 working days )
When you choose Express for international and European delivery, your order will be shipped with tracking and full delivery notifications. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification from DPD / DHL with an estimated delivery date.
IMPORT DUTIES | US TARIFF CHARGES 🇺🇸
Please note that all international customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or tariff charges required by their destination country.
These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid directly to your local customs office or courier when requested.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check their emails from the courier regarding customs or tariff payment. If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid charges, we are unable to issue a refund for the order or reship the item free of charge.

PRODUCTION TIME
All Reyna Maldita products are handmade to order and therefore require a 10–12 business day production time, plus 2 days handling and shipping.
(Excludes weekends and public holidays.)

UNDELIVERED ITEMS
For items undelivered due to no response or failure to collect from the local courier, Reyna Maldita cannot take responsibility or provide a refund.
Customers must contact the local courier directly to rearrange delivery or wait for the item to be returned to us. Once received, we can arrange re-delivery at the customer’s expense.

DELAYED LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
In the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed due to customs issues, safety restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, please email us.
Please note that we do not refund orders that have already been shipped due to delays, so plan ahead before any special event and consider the production time when ordering.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, a refund for delayed items is only applicable if the parcel has been delayed more than 30 days after the shipping date.

LOST PARCELS
Parcels are considered lost after 30 days from the date of shipping, at which point we can start a claim and reimburse the full order.
Please note: Reyna Maldita Ltd is not responsible for parcels lost by your local carrier, held at customs, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
Shipping costs will be refunded only at the standard shipping rate.
