9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns must be requested via email and approved before sending

Lingerie, swimwear, and custom items are non-returnable unless faulty

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase.
After this, production may begin and cancellation is not guaranteed.
11. FAULTY ITEMS
