PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

All Reyna Maldita products are handmade to order, so production takes 10–12 business days, plus 2 days for handling and shipping.

 

Please note:

 

  • This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location:

    • UK: 3–5 working days 

    • Europe: 3–7working days 

    • USA & Worldwide: 5–7working days 

 

We recommend planning ahead for special occasions to ensure your order arrives on time

COURIER DELAYS

In the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed due to customs inspections, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us via email.

 

  • Lost parcels: Items are considered lost 30 days after shipping, at which point we can start a claim and reimburse your full order.

  • Responsibility: Reyna Maldita Ltd is not responsible for parcels lost by local carriers, held at customs, or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses.

  • Refunds for delays: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, a refund is only applicable if a delayed parcel has not been delivered more than 30 days after shipping.

RETURNS

All Reynamaldita items are handmade to order. Please consult our size guide or provide your measurements at checkout to ensure the best fit.

 

⚠️ Important: Our products include body jewelry, lingerie, and swimwear. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on worn items, unless the item is faulty.

Custom-made designs are non-returnable unless faulty.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

  • As all items are handmade to order, cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of purchase.

  • After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All our items are carefully inspected before shipping to make sure they pass quality check and packaged securely for shipment.

  • Faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos provided.

  • Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • After inspection, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, or fair wear and tear are not considered faulty.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

  • Please allow 2–3 weeks for custom-made orders, plus shipping. (Excludes weekends and public holidays.)

  • More complex designs may require additional time.

  • Once your request is submitted, we will provide you with a personalised timeframe for your order.

  • To begin, please complete our Custom Order Form and include your measurements and design ideas. A member of our team will then work with you to bring your vision to life.
