HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All Reyna Maldita pieces are handmade to order,

Production takes 10–12 business days, plus 2 days for handling and shipping time.

 

Estimated delivery times:

    • UK: 3–5 working days 

    • Europe: 3–7 working days 

    • USA & Worldwide: 5–7working days 

 

Please note:

  • Time frames excludes weekends and public holidays.

  • We recommend ordering in advance for special occasions.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Delays may occur due to customs or courier issues. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email.

 

  • Orders are considered lost after 30 days from dispatch.

  • At this point, we can begin a claim and offer a full reimbursement.

  • Reynamaldita is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

For hygiene reasons, lingerie and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.

Custom made designs are also non returnable unless faulty.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours of purchase.

  • After this time, production may have already begun and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

  • Please email us asap.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

All items are carefully inspected before shipping.

  • Faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos provided.

  • Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • After inspection, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, or fair wear are not considered faulty.

HOW DO CUSTOM ORDERS WORK?

​Custom pieces are made to order based on your design and measurements.

We cannot replicate exact designs of other designers.

  • Production typically takes 2 - 3 weeks plus shipping.

  • More complex designs may require additional time.

  • A personalised timeframe will be provided once your request is reviewed.

To begin, please complete our Custom Order Form with your measurements and design details. 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM CHARGES?

  • International parcels may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are the customers responsibility.

  • Parcels that are refused, unclaimed, or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refunds, replacements , or reshipment.
